I practice Reflexology, Facial Reflexology, Abdominal Massage and Energy Healing in Alexandra Palace.
The first treatment starts with an initial consultation where we take a detailed medical history, including your current condition, diet and lifestyle so that we can devise an effective treatment plan. You should allow 90 minutes for this first treatment, and 75 minutes for subsequent treatments. You can have as many treatments as you feel comfortable with.
People come to me for all sorts of reasons, including anxiety, IBS, fertility, hormone imbalances and back pain. My particular area of interest is in the treatment of infertility and hormone imbalances such as low thyroid function, PMT, PCOS and endometriosis. I am also passionate about treating women throughout their pregnancies, helping with pregnancy related symptoms such as morning sickness, constipation and indigestion.

Reflexology is a complementary therapy that involves a pressure technique on the reflex areas found in the feet, hands and face. It is based on the principle that different points in the feet and hands correspond to different parts of the body.

Fertility Massage, also sometimes known as Abdominal Massage, is a non-invasive treatment that focusses on the abdomen to help bring the organs, ligaments and muscles back into their ideal alignment. This enhances blood flow and therfore oxygen and essential nutrients to your womb and ovaries.
Reiki provides “energy nourishment” and restores the body of the blocks that leave people feeling drained. It is administered by “laying on the hands” and is based on the “life force energy” flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one’s life force is low then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.
