I am a therapist based at Alexandra Palace in North London, specialising in reflexology, fertility massage, facial reflexology and energy healing. I have over 15 years of experience, and I work in a way that feels grounded and responsive to you as an individual.

Many people arrive feeling tired, overwhelmed or out of balance. Some come with specific concerns such as fertility, hormone imbalances or pregnancy. Others simply know something doesn’t feel quite right, or that they need time to pause and reset.

I regularly support clients with symptoms such as bloating, poor sleep, anxiety, hormonal changes and the physical and emotional impact of trying to conceive.

Whatever brings you here, you will find a calm, welcoming space where you do not need to explain or justify how you feel.

I take time to listen and understand what is happening for you, both physically and emotionally. Each session is shaped around your needs on the day, with a focus on helping your body settle, your nervous system regulate, and you leave feeling more like yourself again.
