How I got here
A long standing interest in complementary health
From a young age, I was drawn to the healing modalities, influenced by my own journey with severe eczema and the incredible therapists I encountered along the way.
My passion for alternative therapies led me to explore Nutrition, Aromatherapy, Reiki, and Massage, but it was the profound impact of Reflexology during a challenging time with fertility and pregnancies in my early 30's that inspired my path. It helped me reconnect with my body at a time when trust and balance felt fragile.
I trained at the London School of Reflexology and have dedicated myself to continuous learning, ensuring my practice remains current and effective for my clients.
