About Gemma Cox Reflexology
Welcome to my website! From a young age, I was drawn to the healing modalities, influenced by my own journey with severe eczema and the incredible therapists I encountered along the way. My passion for alternative therapies led me to explore Nutrition, Aromatherapy, Reiki, and Massage, but it was the profound impact of Reflexology during a challenging time in my late 20s that inspired my path. I trained at the London School of Reflexology and have dedicated myself to continuous learning, ensuring my practice remains current and effective for my clients.
I am a proud and dedicated member of two of the leading professional bodies: CNHC - Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council and also the AOR - Association of Reflexologists. I provide the highest quality of Reflexology through constantly furthering my knowledge of reflexology, other complementary therapies, back problems, fertility problems, pregnancy, and labour. I guarantee client confidentiality, a non-judgmental approach and promise to act with integrity at all times.

Holistic Healing Approach
People come to me for all sorts of reasons, including anxiety, IBS, fertility, hormone imbalances and back pain. My particular area of interest is in the treatment of infertility and hormone imbalances such as low thyroid function, PMT, PCOS and endometriosis. I am also passionate about treating women throughout their pregnancies, helping with pregnancy related symptoms such as morning sickness, constipation and indigestion.
The first treatment starts with an initial consultation where we take a detailed medical history, including your current condition, diet and lifestyle so that we can devise an effective treatment plan. You should allow 90 minutes for this first treatment, and 75 minutes for subsequent treatments. You can have as many treatments as you feel comfortable with.
On this website you will find a little bit of information about me, the treatments I offer and where to find me, however if there is anything else that you would like to know, please don't hesitate to get in touch.
