What to expect

​Treatments take place in my quiet treatment room at Alexandra Palace. The space feels private and unrushed, and clients often tell me they appreciate how peaceful it is. You will be treated on a large, comfortable heated bed, allowing your body to fully relax and settle into the session. Many clients say this warmth helps them switch off more easily and feel supported throughout the treatment.​

When to Arrive?

Please arrive at your booked time as there are no waiting facilities.

How long is a treatment?

Please allow around 90 minutes for your first appointment. Follow up treatments usually last between 60 and 75 minutes. Every session is different. I always allow enough time so you do not feel hurried and so the treatment can meet what you need on the day.

Parking?

There are parking restrictions on my road Monday to Friday between 12-2pm. If you are driving, I can organise a visitor parking permit for you, so please do let me know that you need one along with your car registration number.

How to Pay?

You can pay by cash or card at your appointment. If you prefer, you are also welcome to pay in advance by bank transfer. Just get in touch and I will share the details.
