MENOPAUSE REFLEXOLOGY
Support
through change
A calm, natural way to support your body and mind during perimenopause
and menopause, with individual reflexology treatments.

How reflexology can help
Reflexology can help you feel more relaxed, less stressed and more connected to yourself during perimenopause and menopause. It offers a chance to pause , support your overall wellbeing and take time out for you, at a significant time of change.
sleep and rest
Encourage deeper relaxation and support better sleep patterns.
stress and overwhelm
Help calm a busy mind and create space for more balance.
Time for you
A dedicated time and space to pause, be nurtured and focus on your wellbeing.
A thoughtful, individual approach
Every treatment is tailored to how you're feeling on the day. Whether you're experiencing changes to your sleep, mood, energy, or simply want time to relax, reflexology offers a supportive, nurturing space.
Reflexology works alongside your existing medical care, including HRT, if you choose to take it. It does not replace medical advice or treatment, but can compliment your wider wellbeing.
Frequently Asked Questions
WHAT HAPPENS AT YOUR FIRST APPOINTMENT?
We start with a chat about what has been happening. You might want to tell me about changes to your cycle, sleep, mood, energy or anything else you have noticed. You can also let me know whether you are taking HRT or any other medication. You don’t need to know whether you are officially in perimenopause or arrive with a neat list of symptoms. Most people don’t. Once we’ve talked, you get comfortable and I start the treatment. You stay fully clothed apart from your socks and shoes.
CAN I HAVE REFLEXOLOGY WHILE TAKING HRT?
Yes - I see plenty of clients who use HRT alongside reflexology. For me, it isn’t an either or situation. If HRT is helping you, great. Reflexology can simply be another way of looking after yourself alongside it.
IS THIS ONLY FOR PERIMENOPAUSE?
No - You can absolutely continue having reflexology during menopause and afterwards. And you don’t need to have lots of symptoms to book.
Some clients come because they are going through a difficult stage. Others simply enjoy reflexology and like having regular treatments. Both are equally valid reasons for coming.
HOW OFTEN SHOULD I COME?
There is no correct answer. Some clients enjoy coming weekly for a while, others come every two or three weeks or once a month. Some book whenever life has started to feel a bit too much. You can decide what works for you.
A NOTE ABOUT SYMPTOMS
Perimenopause can cause a huge range of symptoms, but that doesn’t mean every new symptom should automatically be put down to hormones.
If something is new, severe or worrying you, it is worth speaking to your GP or another healthcare professional.
Reflexology can sit alongside proper medical care. It doesn’t need to replace it.
